This two-module bundle is designed for those in the Food & Beverage industry who are required to assign employees to specific training which includes offline activities and a scored assessment.

  • Preventing Cross-Contamination in the Kitchen

It should take approximately 40-45 minutes to complete each module, including a 10-question assessment at the end, which you will need to pass with a score of 75% or higher, to receive your completion certificate.
